Creator Frames is an AI-powered platform for generating images and videos using state-of-the-art machine learning models.

Every generation costs credits. Standard images cost 1 credit; video and premium templates show their price on the template page before you generate. Credits are only charged when a generation actually succeeds.

No. Credits are reserved when you submit and automatically refunded if the job fails. If your balance looks wrong, message us below with the time of the generation and we will sort it out.

Video jobs can take several minutes. If one is stuck for more than 15 minutes, send us the link to it from your media page and we will finish or refund it.

Be specific: describe the subject, setting, lighting, style and camera. Use the AI Helper (bottom-right corner) to rewrite a rough idea into a strong prompt, or drop an image on it to get a description you can build from.

Yes. On the Create page open Advanced Settings to pick a model, and add LoRA tags to your prompt using the <name:weight> syntax.

Deleted media goes to your Trash for 90 minutes, then it is permanently removed. You can restore anything from the Trash page before then.

Anything involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, or content that violates our terms. Prompts and images are screened automatically and violations lead to account termination.

Use the report option on the media itself, or choose "Report content" below and paste the link. Reports are reviewed by a human.

Your generations are stored in your account so you can find them again. AI Helper chats are anonymized and not linked to your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Unused credits from a purchase made in the last 14 days can be refunded. Choose "Billing" below and include the transaction date.

Go to Settings and choose Delete Account. Your data is removed after a short grace period; message us if you change your mind.
